FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION - MEET and GREET
November 21 and 29, 2023 we are offering a unique online public FREE session for students -- a “Meet and Greet” session where our experienced American certified university counsellor, who has been in the field for over 15 years, will introduce students to the framework used to select the best-fit universities, summarize what’s ahead in the course and answer your questions.

Details about the program:
Applying to an international university is a highly competitive and complex process that requires personalized guidance and expertise. The best time to start the process is one and a half to two years before graduation. The CTM University Counselling Program will open your child's eyes to the world of universities, explain each country’s admissions process and equip them with the tools to select the right university for them.
The program prepares students to apply to North America, the UK, the Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, and Europe (including Austria, Germany, and Spain). Students will learn how to select universities using a framework that considers academic, financial, social, and emotional fit.
Series of Workshops from December 2023 – May 2024
6 group online sessions from December to March plus 3 individual personalized sessions to review university selections and help create an action plan and/or give feedback on their CV and motivational statement.
Each session takes place online Wednesday at 7 pm. Sessions last 50 minutes.
- December 2023 – first one-on-one sessions with our expert counsellor where students will get to know each other better and discuss hopes and direction of their university studies.
- Wednesday, January 3 - Introductory session and creating a powerful CV
- Wednesday, January 17 - Study in the Netherlands
- Wednesday, January 31 - Study in the UK, Writing the Personal Statement
- Wednesday, February 14 - Study in the US, Answering the Common App Prompt
- Wednesday, February 28 - Study in Denmark, Ireland, Austria, Spain, Germany (90min session with a break, countries will be selected based on preferences of students)
- Wednesday, March 6 - Financial Aid
- March 2024 – second individual session with our expert counsellor
- May 2024 – third individual session with our expert counsellor
- 31 May 2024 – end of program, after this date, it is not possible to arrange one-on-one sessions
The individual personalized meetings during December, March and May, will include reviewing each student’s action plan, and giving feedback on the application including CV and motivational letter.
The outcome of the program will enable students to confidently navigate the admissions process and implement the four-factor framework to select the best-fit universities.
